Gillian Isaacs-Klein is an associate at Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire, representing clients in matrimonial and family law matters. She began her legal career practicing criminal law in New York City, representing clients in high-profile and complex federal litigation under the RICO Act. Following that, she spent several years working in Corporate Business and Information Technology organizations gaining experience in transactional contract work and negotiations. Her current practice areas include marital and family law, divorce, alimony and spousal support, post-divorce modification and enforcement, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody/timesharing, child support, property division, domestic violence and related appeals.
