The firm

We were founded on the belief that clients facing consequential family matters — divorce, custody disputes, business division, appeals — deserve counsel whose entire practice is dedicated to those matters. Not a general civil practice with a family law department. Not a large firm where the partner meets you at intake and disappears. A small, senior team, working the file directly.

Our partners have devoted their careers to Marital and Family Law and to Appellate Practice, have taught the subjects at Florida Bar workshops and in law-school classrooms, and have authored chapters of the Florida Bar's continuing-education treatises used by other family lawyers across the state.

We represent executives, physicians, business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals facing high-conflict family matters throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Many of our matters come to us on referral from other lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial advisors — a pattern we take as the surest measure of a firm's work.

How we work

We open every representation with an honest evaluation: what the law entitles you to, what the realistic range of outcomes looks like, and what the fastest path to a durable resolution is. That analysis shapes the strategy — negotiated settlement, mediation, collaborative process, or contested trial.

We are direct with clients about what we can and cannot deliver. When a matter is better handled by another firm or in another forum, we say so. When settlement serves the client, we pursue it decisively. When litigation is required, we prepare the record with the care a trial and any subsequent appeal will demand.

Our partners have practiced in Broward County for a combined 75+ years and have held leadership roles in the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the Legal Aid Service of Broward County, and the Florida Bar Foundation. We know the judges, we know the local bar, and we know the community we serve.
