About Nancy W. Gregoire
Nancy W. Gregoire is a partner at Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, whose practice concentrates on appellate advocacy in family law and related civil matters before Florida's district courts of appeal, including the Fourth District Court of Appeal serving Broward County.
Nancy W. Gregoire is a partner at Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire and chairs the firm's appellate practice and litigation support divisions. With over 25 years of appellate experience, she is regularly called upon to counsel trial lawyers, both within and outside the firm, in formulating the trial record and co-counseling on major legal issues.
Ms. Gregoire is a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and is Board Certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. She has served on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, and numerous committees including the Appellate Court Rules Committee and the Appellate Practice Certification Committee.
She has served as President of the Broward County Bar Association (2002–2003) and President of the Legal Aid Service of Broward County (2001), and was appointed to the North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners, where she served as Chairwoman.
