About Ryan Weismark
Ryan Weismark is a Florida family law attorney whose practice focuses on divorce, parental responsibility and timesharing disputes, support matters, enforcement proceedings, and other contested family law issues.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2020. He has extensive litigation experience handling complex family law matters, including contested financial issues, discovery disputes, depositions, expert witnesses, and high-conflict parenting cases.
Ryan takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to each case, working closely with clients to develop clear strategies tailored to their goals. He believes in resolving disputes efficiently when possible while being fully prepared to litigate when necessary.
Outside the office, Ryan enjoys attending comedy shows and spending time with his wife, Peri, and their dog, Luna.
