Tiffany N. Mody

Tiffany N. Mody is an associate with Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire, PLLC, where she practices exclusively in the area of matrimonial and family law. She is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the legal and personal challenges that accompany significant life transitions, with a particular dedication to guiding families and children through complex family matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Mody earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., with a degree specialization in International Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).

Mrs. Mody is actively involved in the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, where she serves on several committees. She was recognized with the 2024 and 2025 Rising Star Awards and served as Co-Chair of the Broward County Bar Association Family Law Section from 2024 through 2026. In 2026, she received the Joseph J. Carter Professionalism Award from the Broward County Bar Association.

In addition to her practice, Mrs. Mody is a frequent presenter on topics affecting family law and has contributed to the legal profession as an author. She authored the chapter “Pleadings” in Florida Dissolution of Marriage, 15th Edition (2022) and 16th Edition (2024). She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Mrs. Mody is dedicated to serving her community and has participated in numerous charitable organizations supporting children, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and animals.

Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. Mody is an avid Florida Gator football fan and enjoys crafting and playing poker.
